Welche Daten verarbeitet werden
Hosting-Protokolle
Beim Abruf der Website kann der Hosting-Anbieter technisch notwendige Protokolldaten wie IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, angeforderte Datei, Browserkennung und HTTP-Status verarbeiten. LabWallio betreibt auf dieser Website kein eigenes Analyse- oder Werbe-Tracking.
Early-Access-Formular
Das Formular im Abschnitt „Sprechen Sie mit uns über Laborzugang“ überträgt die von Ihnen eingegebene E-Mail-Adresse sowie optional Organisation und Nachricht an submit.php. Das Skript leitet diese Angaben unmittelbar als E-Mail an contact@labwallio.at weiter. Es wird keine Datenbank, keine Datei und kein Protokoll mit Ihren Angaben auf dem Webserver angelegt; es wird keine Sitzung gestartet und kein Cookie gesetzt. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a und lit. f DSGVO (Einwilligung bzw. berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung Ihrer Anfrage). Die Angabe von Organisation und Nachricht ist freiwillig.
Freiwillige E-Mail
Alternativ öffnet der Kontaktlink das E-Mail-Programm des Besuchers. Erst wenn eine Nachricht freiwillig versendet wird, verarbeiten der Absender, dessen E-Mail-Anbieter und der Empfänger die enthaltenen Daten zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage. Empfänger ist das beim Hosting-Anbieter geführte Postfach contact@labwallio.at.
Cookies, lokale Schriften und Kontakt-Endpoint
Die öffentliche Website setzt nach aktuellem Code keine eigenen Cookies. Schriften werden aus dem System des Besuchers verwendet; es erfolgt keine Google-Fonts-Abfrage. submit.php arbeitet ausschließlich weiterleitend: Es prüft die Eingaben, versendet eine E-Mail an das Kontaktpostfach und verwirft die Daten anschließend. Es speichert nichts, startet keine Sitzung und setzt kein Cookie.
Zweck, Speicherdauer und Rechte
Freiwillige Kontakt-E-Mails werden nur zur Bearbeitung und erforderlichen Nachverfolgung der Anfrage genutzt und gelöscht, wenn sie dafür nicht mehr benötigt werden und keine gesetzliche Pflicht entgegensteht. Betroffene Personen können Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung oder Widerspruch per E-Mail anfragen und sich bei der österreichischen Datenschutzbehörde beschweren.

Data processed
Hosting logs
The hosting provider may process technically necessary logs such as IP address, timestamp, requested resource, browser identifier and HTTP status. LabWallio runs no first-party analytics or advertising tracker on this site.
Early-access form
The form in the “Discuss laboratory access with us” section transmits the email address you enter, and optionally your organisation and message, to submit.php. The script forwards those details immediately as an email to contact@labwallio.at. No database, file or log containing your details is created on the web server; no session is started and no cookie is set. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR (consent, and legitimate interest in answering your enquiry). Organisation and message are optional.
Voluntary email
Alternatively, the contact link opens the visitor’s email application. Data is processed only if the visitor chooses to send a message; the sender’s provider and the recipient then process that message to handle the enquiry. The recipient is contact@labwallio.at, a mailbox held at our hosting provider.
Cookies, local fonts and the contact endpoint
The current website code sets no first-party cookie. It uses the visitor’s system fonts and makes no Google Fonts request. submit.php is forward-only: it validates the input, sends one email to the contact mailbox and discards the data. It stores nothing, starts no session and sets no cookie.
Purpose, retention and rights
Voluntary contact emails are used only to handle and reasonably follow up the enquiry, then deleted when no longer needed unless law requires retention. Data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by email and may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
